The Trichos Evolution is a thriving salon located in the heart of Brampton’s Mount Pleasant Village. HAIRSTYLISTS: We are looking for hairstylists, including but not limited to locticians, colourists, natural hair care specialists or well-rounded hairstylists. Individuals must be motivated, professional, and gifted hairstylists to join our salon family. Compensation for this position will be commission-based plus tips.
BRAIDERS: Keys to success for this position require individuals who are creative, dedicated, and deliver high quality service. Compensation for this position will be commission-based plus tips.
HAIR/BEAUTY CHAIR RENTALS: Best suited for dynamic and dedicated individuals with an existing clientele. Prospective stylists must ensure that their workstation remains clean and organized, demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with others, and consistently exhibit respectful and professional behavior towards all individuals both within and outside of our salon.
Skills for Success Required:
Proven experience as a hairstylist, ideally with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver high-quality services.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings,
and weekends.
